Term Life
With term insurance, you pay only for life insurance coverage. Term insurance is the least expensive form
of life insurance coverage you can purchase.
- Provides life insurance for a stated time period, or term.
- Guaranteed renewable for subsequent term periods.
- Premiums are level and guaranteed for the initial term period. Premiums increase and are
level and guaranteed in each subsequent term period thereafter.
- Guaranteed Renewable to age 80.
- Convertible to age 75.
- Waiver of Premium Benefit included in the policy and all riders to issue ages 18-55—

Accident
The choice of either Accident Guard, Accident Elite or CARE (Comprehensive Accident Recovery bEnefit) allows an applicant the options of supplemental coverage
for costs associated with accidental injury and death and the option of choosing coverage to fit his/her individual
needs. The policies are composed of a base policy with choice of disability riders. The policies are only available on a payroll
deduction basis and guaranteed renewable. Coverage is provided
for accidents occurring both on and off-the-job.

Elite provides supplemental coverage when certain losses occur as a result
of cancer or a listed specified disease. CancerCare Elite pays directly
to the insured, regardless of other coverage. Coverage is

Hospital Indemnity
Hospital Indemnity is an individual hospital indemnity plan which pays supplemental
daily inpatient hospital and related benefits directly to
an insured, regardless of other coverages. Coverage is available
to employees and their families. A choice of hospital indemnity
amounts is available which allows insured to tailor a plan
to their needs and budget.
