WORK/LIFE BENEFITS
- Personal Time Off: Employees earn personal
time off (PTO) each pay period. PTO is accrued based on
regular hours worked. PTO may be used for vacation, illness,
immediate family illness, or other personal reasons.

- Holidays: 10 paid Holidays are observed
each year.
- Section 125 Cafeteria Plan: Employees
are eligible to participate in the Section 125 Cafeteria
plan on the first day of the month following their hire
date. The Cafeteria plan allows employees to participate
in pre-tax insurance deductions and flexible spending accounts
for medical expenses and child/elder care. A debit card is provided to eliminate out-of-pocket expenses.
- Telcoe Credit Union:
All full-time employees are eligible to become members of the Credit Union. A $5.00 membership fee and a $5.00 initial deposit are required to open the account. Deductions may be any even dollar amount with a minimum of $1.00 per paycheck.
- Employee Assistance Program: The Employee
Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to help employees and
their dependents in dealing with personal problems, which
may adversely affect work performance. Confidential counseling
is provided through an outside agency.
- Tuition Sharing Program: The Company
will assist employees with the cost of tuition, books and
fees after completion of one year of service and other requirements
specific to USAble Life. The Company also offers self-study
continuing education programs.
- Auto Insurance: Liberty Mutual offers
a discount to USAble Life employees.
- Savings Bonds for Newborns: Employees
receive a $100 savings bond for newborns.
- Employee Referral Program: $1,000
award for successful referrals.
