Chief Marketing Officer

Chad Richard is Chief Marketing Officer for Life & Specialty Ventures, LLC (LSV), a Little Rock, Arkansas-based holding company that owns and operates USAble Life of Little Rock and Florida Combined Life of Jacksonville, Florida. The combined entities have more than 500 employees and cover more than 2.7 million members.

He is currently responsible for driving marketing capabilities, understanding the customer and assessing and prioritizing additional channel opportunities in support of LSV’s Blue Cross plan partners.

Prior to joining LSV, Richard was Vice President of Marketing Services for ADT Security Services, Inc. where he was responsible for all advertising and customer-facing marketing activities. While at ADT he also had assignments as Vice President of Marketing, North America and Worldwide as well as Vice President of Residential Security for the United States. He also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Jax Holdings where he developed and managed the successful launch of Jax Sunglasses to include brand identity and positioning, advertising, direct-to-consumer materials and in-store merchandising. During his career, Richard also led the national product launch and management of multiple branded household products for Proctor & Gamble Company.

Richard received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
