Chief Executive Officer and President

Jason Mann is the chief executive officer and president. In these roles, Mann is accountable for strategic direction, board management, partnership development and business operations. He currently serves on the board of directors for Life and Specialty Ventures, LLC, USAble Life and United Concordia Companies, Inc.

Mann served as regional executive of Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where he was responsible for establishing the Southwest regional office in Texarkana. Once operations were established, he was accountable for customer and provider facing functions in the Southwest region. During his tenure at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, he also served as president, Southwest Health Link, a joint venture between Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Christus St. Michael Health System.

Mann has more than 25 years of experience in the life and health insurance industries, where his primary focus was executive leadership, sales, marketing, operations and provider networks.

Throughout his career, Mann has been involved with numerous civic and charitable organizations, including serving as district commissioner of the Caddo Area Council of Boy Scouts of America; campaign chairman of the United Way of Texarkana; and president and member of St. Michael Friends of the Foundation.

Mann holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Baylor University and received his Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 1988 from The American College.
