Earnings Schedule with STD benefits equal to 50%, 60%, 66 2/3% or 70% of the employee's weekly earnings to a maximum dollar amount.
Occupational Schedule with classes and amounts that must be designed so that the amount of insurance will not exceed 70% of the lowest earnings in each class. |
